Tina Posterli is the Managing Director of Communications at National Skills Coalition, where she leads efforts to craft and communicate the organization’s messages to workforce development stakeholders, the press, policymakers, and the public. Tina works to ensure the overall success of NSC’s cross-functional programmatic work and implements communications strategies that advance state and federal advocacy and network-building efforts.
Prior to joining National Skills Coalition in January 2022, Tina was Associate Vice President, Government Affairs & Advocacy at Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic where she led the affiliate’s public affairs and coalition-based work to drive citizen action and generate awareness of legislative issues. Her background includes overseeing strategic communications efforts to advance, protect, and ensure access to end-of-life options legislation across the country, leading media and communications for clean water organizations, and nonprofit chapter management.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Ohio State University. She is based in New York and Washington, DC.
