Chelsea Miller is one of the Managers of Business Leaders United (BLU) for Workforce Partnerships with the National Skills Coalition. In this role, Chelsea creates a platform for business and industry leaders to inform and advance workforce and education policies that address the needs of business. Chelsea also facilitates BLU’s collaboration with chambers of commerce and industry associations to provide those organizations and their members a unified voice on skills policy and provides the capacity to grow and support local BLU affiliates in targeted states across the country.
Chelsea has a diverse background in stakeholder management, strategy execution, and collaborative organizing. Previously, Chelsea worked as an Innovations Manager on Walmart's Live Better U education benefits program supporting its 1.5 million US-based associates in going back to school. She was also the CEO and Founder of Magnolia Roots Consulting, a consulting firm that supported the strategy and creation of political campaigns, non-profit organizations, and start-ups.
Chelsea holds a Master's in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service and a bachelor's degree from UNC-Chapel Hill. She is based in Bentonville, Arkansas.
