Lwigy didn’t have the means to go to college to get a degree and fortunately was able to find Holden Construction after being jobless for a few months, building his skills through the job itself rather than having a degree. After completing the training program, Lwigy was able to work towards a family supporting career.
“I’m seeing myself in the future at a place that I never thought I would see myself,” he says.
