By 2035, Immigrants will represent more than 20% of working-age adults in the US workforce. Immigrants are vital to the US labor market, but our policies don’t fully reflect their needs and contributions. Immigrant inclusion is a crucial step in realizing the economic potential, not only for individuals and their families, but also for American employers and communities.
