Session: Designing Financial Aid to Support Quality Non-Degree Credential Attainment

This session will share reflections from a National Skills Coalition examination of several financial aid programs from around the country. Participants will hear from state, community college system, and institutional leaders engaged in efforts to make high-quality short-term programs and pathways more accessible to and supportive of learners. Panelists will also reflect on how these emerging models can inform federal policy related to making quality postsecondary and workforce education more affordable for more people.
