our day-long, solutions-oriented, interactive convening in Detroit to discuss how communities are approaching workforce challenges presented by this moment in time of great investment. UMA knows events are best when they draw on the expertise and interest of our attendees. Therefore, our agendas are made up of solutions-oriented and interactive components, and are fueled by you.
To start, we will hear from Jeannine Gant, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice Officer for the Global Epicenter of Mobility (GEM); Erin Sheehan, State Network Manager at National Skills Coalition; and Jen Guarino, President and CEO of the Industrial Sewing and Innovation Center (ISAIC). Following our welcome remarks, we will participate in a Skills Simulator led by Education Design Lab.
