Eboni Speight

Chief Finance and Administration Officer

As National Skills Coalition’s Chief Finance and Administration Officer, Eboni leads and shapes the organization’s strategic direction from an operational and financial perspective, helping to ensure National Skills Coalition’s fiscal stability and operational efficiency. In this position, she ensures that we meet the highest standards of fiscal management and resource effectiveness and is responsible for day-to-day management of the organization’s financial, administrative, human resources, and knowledge management functions. Eboni joined NSC in November 2019 and she is based in Washington, D.C.

Eboni brings more than twenty years of experience in senior roles providing non-profit accounting, financial management, human resource management, and leadership for non-profit advocacy organizations such as Public Knowledge, The Public Interest Network, and USAction. She excels in helping mission-driven organizations balance external success with internal sustainability.

Eboni has proudly spent most of her career working for nonprofits and the public interest.  She believes strongly in the powerful impact and value the nonprofit sector brings to the community. Eboni received her certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University graduated from Bible Faith Global University with a master’s degree in Divinity.
