Financial and Economic Mobility Director for the United Way of Greater Nashville

Brandee Davis serves as the Financial and Economic Mobility Director for the United Way of Greater Nashville. Ms. Davis has 13+ years of experience managing local, state, and federal grants around human services and workforce development, providing technical assistance, strategic planning, implementation, evaluation, policy, and organizational development. Ms. Davis’s qualifications of accelerated achievements in service and innovation have allowed marginalized populations access and opportunity to various career and educational opportunities. Her experience extends beyond work with the Tennessee Department of Human Services, the Tennessee Department of Labor, and the Greater Memphis Local Workforce Board.

As a former recipient of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as food stamps) and a participant in the SNAP E&T program, Brandee personally understands the value and the benefits of being a leader in effectively partnering with human service customers in establishing or re-establishing self-sufficiency to create a better quality of life.
