Ka’ala Souza is a self-described part historian, part futurist, with a holistic view of the future. He is part of the team working on closing the digital skills gap in Hawaii’s workforce and getting everyone ready for anything the future brings. He is a public speaker, corporate trainer, and author of the book, Pono: A Hawaiian-Style Approach to Balance and Well-Being.
Ka’ala is a long-time trainer focusing on leadership, management development, communication, building collaboration, customer service, and work-life balance. For years, his vision has been to increase the ALOHA in the world, by living it first, then passing it on. He envisions a workplace that uses technology to be effective and efficient, while nurturing and honoring its people.
