Laure-Jeanne Davignon

Vice President – Workforce, IREC

Laure-Jeanne has served in various capacities for IREC since 2010, and currently serves as Vice President, managing oversight and strategic direction for the workforce program. She also leads IREC’s standards development and revision activities. She has served as Principal Investigator for federally-funded training and certification efforts and is a national thought leader on clean energy workforce issues. She leads a team that develops unique job-focused online training and pioneered the use of micro-credentials to provide clean energy add-on skills for allied professionals. Her experience spans education and nonprofit management, first in higher education and then as an association executive for the residential building supply industry. She resides in upstate New York, where she powers her home through one of the first community solar projects in the state.
