Hayley is the Project Manager at National Skills Coalition, where she works across program teams to plan, implement, and manage all aspects of key projects, cross-departmental initiatives, and events.
Before joining NSC in 2019, Hayley was Communications & Operations Manager at the New York-based think tank Center for an Urban Future. In that role, she developed processes for the organization’s finance, accounting, grant and donor management, events, and outreach initiatives to modernize and streamline organizational systems. Prior to that, she worked at City & State NY and Hundred Stories PR, where she oversaw large, cross-departmental projects. Originally a reporter, Hayley has been published in The Real Deal, The Deal, and the Hollywood Reporter, among others.
Hayley holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Missouri. She is based in Washington, D.C.
