Teresa Johnson is the Communications Associate for National Skills Coalition and provides support to the communications department by assisting in developing, editing, and proofreading written, digital, social and video content. She gives general communications expertise and assistance that supports NSC’s mission and goals.
Before joining NSC, Johnson worked as an intern in news, production and communications at organizations like the National Head Start Association, NASA Goddard, Capital News Service, Education Week and PBS NewsHour Student Reporting Labs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in multiplatform journalism with a concentration in English from the University of Maryland, College Park. Johnson previously attended Prince George’s Community College where she received her associate degree.
