Caroline Nwanze is the Development Manager at National Skills Coalition, focusing on donor stewardship and development operations in support of NSC’s fundraising strategy. She brings a development background grounded in cultivation, stewardship, and the cross-functional partnerships that drive long-lasting institutional connections. She sees building strong relationships between funders and the missions and communities they support as one of the most meaningful ways to advance equity and expand access to opportunity.
Prior to joining NSC, Caroline served as a Senior Associate Director of Advancement at Emory University, where she led stewardship and impact reporting across a broad portfolio of institutional partners and partnered closely with front-line fundraisers to deepen donor engagement. Earlier in her career, she held grants and corporate-foundation relations roles at Spelman College, supporting major institutional partnerships from proposal through reporting. Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and is based in Atlanta, GA.
