Mae Diaz Cabrol is the Operations Manager with National Skills Coalition. Mae supports the efforts to ensure that NSC’s HR, financial, and overall operations work smoothly alongside the organization and its goals. She joined NSC in 2023.
Before joining NSC, Mae managed the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of TrueFamily Brands, a start-up that contributes to solving Vermont’s childcare crisis. Before that, she was part of a group of consultants that helped private companies mainstream diversity in their human resources and relationships with their communities.
Mae holds a Sustainable Innovation MBA from The University of Vermont and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Torcuato Di Tella University in Argentina. She is based in Washington, DC.
