Mae Diaz Cabrol
Director, Operations
Mae Diaz Cabrol is the Director of Operations at National Skills Coalition, where she leads and manages the organization’s administrative and operational functions, including facilities, technology, human resources, and financial processes. In this role, she manages day-to-day operations and supports the implementation of organizational systems and processes that align with NSC’s priorities. She also leads the operational planning and execution of NSC’s annual Skills Summit. Mae joined NSC in 2023.
Before joining NSC, Mae managed the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of TrueFamily Brands, a startup focused on addressing Vermont’s childcare crisis. Prior to that, she worked as a consultant supporting private companies in advancing diversity and inclusion within their human resources practices and community engagement.
Mae holds an MBA in Sustainable Innovation from University of Vermont and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina. She also holds a certificate in Financial Success for Nonprofits from eCornell. She is based in Washington, DC.
