There, she will be speaking on a panel titled "Ways to Improve Data Collection, Program Evaluation, and Performance Reporting," with Steve Saxton, Consultant to T3 Innovation Network; and Till von Wachter, Professor of Economics, Director, California Policy Lab, UCLA.
