National Skills Coalition invites you to join an invitation-only network call for workforce stakeholders to discuss the landscape of the new 118th Congress and what it means for workforce and education priorities. In this call, NSC’s Government Affairs staff will review:
– A wrap up of the 117th Congress, including workforce wins and losses
– New leaders in the 118th Congress, including relevant committee leadership
– State of play for 118th Congress and Biden administration: what to expect and how to advocate for key priorities
– Tools NSC has for you to engage with your member of Congress, especially new members
Sharpen your advocacy skills as we prepare to advocate during our biggest federal advocacy event of the year, our Skills Summit May 1-3 in Washington, DC.
There will also be time for you to ask questions and to share out anything you are working on.
While this call is intended for NSC partners, you are welcome to share with any workforce advocates you think would benefit from this call. Please reach out to Caroline Treschitta, caroline@nationalskillscoalition.org, with any questions.
