National Skills Coalition is working with state agency and coalition partners in 5 states (California, Indiana, Louisiana, Tennessee and Utah) to advance state policies designed to provide more equitable upskilling opportunities for essential workers and the small businesses that employ them. Policies will be informed by labor market data on essential workers and jobs, and focus groups with essential workers and small businesses.
