National Skills Coalition’s Voices for Skills network is dedicated to centering worker and student voices to shape federal and state skills training policies and to educate the public and policymakers on the critical impact of workforce development investments. National Skills Coalition activates this network to inform our policy development; to be a voice for what good skills training policy looks like; and to guide our advocacy and strategic communications efforts so policymakers and the public support investments in workforce development and ultimately improve access to inclusive, high-quality skills training opportunities.
Voices for Skills is NSC’s effort to center the experiences and voices of working students to shape how policymakers and the public view workforce development policies and illustrate how they affect real people, businesses, and communities.
