NSC’s Director of Government Affairs, Katie Spiker, was quoted in The Hechinger Report’s article that focused on the implementation of Biden’s infrastructure plan with such a diverse workforce of people in America. The article was also printed in USA Today.
Author Matt Krupnick spoke to Spiker about how many of these potential workers need the skills training to be a part of the technologically advanced workforce that we have today. Spiker says that about 48 million Americans don’t have access to the basic digital skills that they would need to operate software or machinery at a job site.
