National Skills Coalition Director of Government Affairs, Katie Spiker, was quoted in a Bloomberg Government article about the need for a bi-partisan infrastructure deal that puts more money towards American job training. “The public workforce system has been inundated over the last few months…” Spiker said. “It’s been completely overtaxed and underfunded over the last few decades.”
