To better understand how states are measuring the attainment of non-degree credentials, WDQC conducted the first-ever fifty-state scan of states. We surveyed representatives of postsecondary agencies, workforce agencies, higher education systems, or longitudinal data systems in all fifty states and the District of Columbia.
