After a national search, NSC’s Board of Directors announced that Robert Espinoza would assume the role of CEO on January 1, 2024. Robert is a nationally recognized expert at the intersection of workforce development, equity, and job quality with deep experience in federal and state advocacy and a demonstrated commitment to multi-stakeholder organizing and bi-partisan solutions. Andy will interview Robert about his journey to this new role, what he values most about NSC, and his aspirations for the organization’s future.
