National Skills Coalition participated in a Twitter event, #FundWorkforceEqutity on May 26, 2021, hosted by Workforce Matters, a network of philanthropic organizations focused on funding workforce development programs.
The hour-long Q and A on Twitter was centered around what different organizations, policymakers, organized labors, etc. are observing, suggesting, and implementing in their own organizations work to advance equity in the workforce. NSC mentioned in a tweet during the event that, “equity must include immigrant workforce.”
