NSC works to ensure that investments in infrastructure don’t just help build roads, bridges, and clean energy systems — but also help build a skilled, inclusive workforce to power them. We advance local, state, and federal policies that invest in training, apprenticeships, and supportive services so women, people of color, and other workers historically excluded from opportunity can access good infrastructure careers and help drive a more prosperous future.
